• Set up workstations
• Cook dishes to business standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• 2+ years proven experience back of house in the kitchen
• Proven working experience in the kitchen
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Knife skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
